· In-Network: I am an in-network provider with Regence BlueCross Blue Shield of Oregon and Providence Health Plan. If you carry one of these plans, your sessions may be fully or partially covered after any applicable deductible.
· Out-of-Network: As an out-of-network provider. I charge $180 per 50-minute session. While payment is due at the time of service, I make it easy to use your out-of-network benefits. I provide a monthly superbill (a specialized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Many clients find that their insurance covers a significant portion of the cost. I recommend calling your provider to ask about your "out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits."
